UEMO Accepted as Member of the EMA’s Healthcare Professionals’ Working Party (HCPWP)

UEMO is pleased and proud to inform you that we have been renewed as a member of the Healthcare Professionals’ Working Party (HCPWP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) for the 2025–2028 term.

This reaffirms UEMO’s commitment to representing general practitioners at the European level and contributing to the advancement of public health policy. UEMO has nominated Dr Catarina Matias as a representative member and Dr Hermenegildo Marcos as an alternate member.

We look forward to continue contributing to the work of the EMA and to voicing the perspective of European general practitioners in key discussions concerning the safety, efficacy, and quality of medicines.
