UEMO President highlights the role of family physicians at Future of Health Europe

UEMO President Tiago Villanueva took part in the panel “Health workforce: recruitment, retention and remodelling” at the 2nd annual Future of Health Europe in London on September 30.

He underlined the central role family physicians play in delivering preventive, accessible care and proposed practical solutions to strengthen their recruitment and retention across health systems.

UEMO thanks the conference organisers and fellow panellists for a constructive discussion on how to make primary care more sustainable and attractive for clinicians.
