Celebrating the 2024 European Immunization Week

On the last week of April of each year, Europe celebrates the European Immunization Week (EIW). The week is dedicated to reminding the population of the importance of vaccinations and their role in the prevention of diseases. For the 2024 anniversary, the European Medicine Agency (EMA) has released a factsheet that gathers useful resources on various topics around vaccinations. The tool was designed to raise awareness about available information on vaccination, increase the trust of the general population on science and support vaccine acceptance.
